"Just had the most disgusting experience with Smoke 's Poutinerie. I found one Ball of Hair in my poutine, and when I took it to the cashier he assured me that it was part of a french fry and that the poutine was clean and quickly took the hair away. After that I found a SECOND ball of hair in the same poutine. Cashier never offered me another poutine, my money back, or any other resolution to the issue. Never eating here again. Was that a ball of hair or am I stupid? Judge for yourselves."
