"At the entrance, they need to clean up a bit and the cleanliness of the entrance is synonymous with the fact that a kitchen is going to be clean. I give it 5 stars because the food was very hot, the service was excellent, the person who served us was super friendly at all times, I was asking if we needed something the sweet tea was delicious I love this place good here we just had a stopover excellent highly recommended"

"I don't know what it is about pluckers that keeps us coming back. The food used to be good. Every once in a while the food is kind of good now. This last trip was just a joke. We went on a day when the world cup was playing. First mistake. We got the appetizers relatively quickly. I would say within 15 minutes of ordering and the waitress said your food should be out shortly. 48 minutes later my husband and I both looked at each other and just thought this isn't going to be a very good meal. My sandwich was so cold and had been sitting there so long. The bottom bun was not a bun any longer. It was just a pile of mush. He took one bite of his chicken and said nope and we got up. As much as I want pluckers to be what it used to be, it is no longer. Going to have to resist the urge and bite the bullet and drive home slice if we want good wings."

"I love pluckers! its one of favorite cheat meals! The only issues ive experienced is missing sauces/ranches, or missing wings. Tonight Im missing all Side of Signature Sauce (2) and mussing 2 out of 10 wings. Other than than that, I really love their wings and sauce flavors! The fried picks are great too!"

"My husband and I decided we want burgers for dinner on a Tuesday night and because of the pandemic, most places close early nowadays. Hubby suggested we go to Billy's on Burnet since he and his soccer buddies go there all the time after their pick-up games. We got the wings and cheese curds as appetizers and I got the Swiss burger while he got the patty melt. Everything was delicious and the cheap Texas beer made it all the better. I love love love the ranch/blue cheese dip that comes with the wings! We chatted a bit with the staff on our way out since it was somewhat of a slow night for them and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It's definitely a hole in the wall/dive bar type of place; and so chill out with all the high expectations and you'll be sure to have an enjoyable experience."
