"Friend recommended this place for a dinner after work.Nice quiet atmosphere. Service was friendly and quick... sticky tablemats and cutlery though eek...Loved the bbq part of tge dinner haha... especially tastes great when all sauces are added! Didnt like the idea of handling the same serving spoons as every other tom, dick and harry but it's the price you pay lol...Wanted to try the desert menu which looked delicious but had other arrangements at that time.Overall nice quiet place to eat and catch up with friends and family... will definitely go again!"

"What a fantastic find - one of those places you want to keep secret (lest it become too popular!) but also rave to your friends about - it's that good! While it's adjacent to a Mantra, this isn't your usual hotel restaurant... it's big on charm and set in the most gorgeous historic building. The menu is geared towards sharing and the food is great - particularly the chicken wings. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and our dishes were perfectly paced. We sat inside (the old house has a name - Irene!) and enjoyed the cosy atmosphere, but I'm sure drinks on the front verandah would be awesome in the warmer months. We will definitely be back before then."

"I had a groupon for 2 people, all they can eat $29. I had low expectations given the reasonable price. but what we met was really scary. hot eating went out to go lukewarm, flies on the food and the heifers. mysterious suppe without lid. avoid if they can."
