"Ordered sweet and sour chicken hong kong style and sweet and sour pork the chicken was fine but the pork was inedible and over cooked both the pork and batter. I phoned and complained and was just told that they have never had a complained about their pork for20 years and there was nothing they could do terrible customer service if we were in a restaurant we would have had a replacement or refund never go there again Service: Take out"

"After being told to sit any where but the only table not by a door on a very cold night was dirty we waited 5 minutes before the table was cleaned.After another 5 minutes we managed to attract a waiters attention and get a menu.Yet another 5 minutes passed without managing to get any service and after taking in the rather tatty surroundings we decided to leave. Thanks for visiting said a waitress as walked out."

"La perla was a welcome view to lunch, as we went down the narrow staircase along the outside seats along the dimmly illuminated cave that awaited us. a bit dark for a summer day, but romantic. there was a bar at the entrance and then we were led back to tables, which essentially a really nice cellar under the street above. Tapas menu was perfect because there are many choices to choose and enjoy them with a glass wein. hey, when it is on vacation, the day drinks in its finest! we chose the broth basket with many species next to the diving sauce and large, fleshy olives. then came the cured ham, cut with mandels thin, really tasteful. next was a little bit by the side for two and a cup of gazpacho. the gazpacho was cool and fresh, but a bit simple for my taste. I enjoyed the fried quid that came with dabs from aioli and was of great quality. last was the spicy chorizo hotdog with cheese. that was a strange menu item, but my dining room partner had to have it. I tried a bite and thought it would definitely live up the traditional hotdog. the food was delicious, but it was just missing from the service department. our waiter was very attentive, but not even smile. he also had a habit of looking at only my partner when we both addressed him. Apart from a lively bachelor party at the table with us, the place was empty. may I think if they have strengthened the service (and marketing)? they could have served more people at the weekend. yet it was a beautiful meal and romantic environment."

"The food here is really excellent, but during this visit the service definitely needed improvement. Despite the request of a high chair when booking, it took them well 20 minutes to find us, not good if you try a 1 yr old to crawl the door. Had to order all drinks at the bar, ask for bill at the bar, pay at the bar, etc., as most people seemed preoccupied with a big party in the other room. Another table sit patiently with their bill for 15 minutes, with no one coming to take payment so that they finally got up and also paid at the bar. All employees were nice and friendly, only did not seem much communication (or enough of them). In my opinion, maybe they were a few employees, so I can forgive this as a free day, but I would take my family back. On a positive note, eating is incredible and saving the day! The Bratbeef is one of the best roasts I've had for a long time. Will be back in any case, but hope service is a bit better!"

"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. they and theiving lying and incompetent. I ordered lamb doner kebab and a doner wrap with salad and no cheese. I recieved a chicken kebab which was absolutely nothing but fat and the wrap was also chicken WITH cheese. I rang them up and they said they'll contact the driver. Never contacted me back and I have rung them and rung them and they haven't answered once. Taken my money given me the wrong order and not only the wrong order the worst fatty chicken you could even imagine. Do not order from these people."
