"I used the neighborhood of Bento to provide a memorial service to my wife's brother who has recently died. There were about 100 people visiting. Everyone loved the salmon, chicken (kara-age) and beef (yakiniku) Bento lunch. Thanks Tetsuko. Everything was perfect and perfectly prepared!"

"I ordered the patty melt and what I recieved was extremely disappointing. Google image search a patty melt and you 'll see everything that this burger was not. We placed a togo order and specifically asked the girl at the register if they could cook our burgers medium because we hate a dry burger and she said, of course they can do that. Our burgers took so long to come out that it really wasn 't that big of a surprise when we took a bite and noticed how overcooked and exceedingly dry both of our burger patties were. My patty melt consisted of two of the driest pieces of toast, dehydrated meat patty, one measly slice of cheese, and a few grilled onions. Everything about this burger was sad, underwhelming and insulting to patty melts everywhere. If I had known it was going to be this boring and bland, I would have at least ordered one of the regular burgers so I could have the vegetables to help with the taste. The fries aren 't even worth talking about they were so limp and gross."

"We visited in a public holiday and there were many people eating. there were not many employees, so they were busy sweating. the personal was friendly. the food was served quickly and it was delicious (the children's menu was not good for my taste and my child rarely eaten).) it was so nice to bring the water cooker with me so I could drink further coffee."
