"Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and was not disappointed. We had the alligator bites, chicken gizzard and corn bread. The service was great and the atmosphere was on par with a Saturday lunch stop. I am jealous I did not have the bottomless mimosas (sat-sun 11a.m.-3p.m. . The gator bites were okay. If the batter had a little more seasoning and there were more consistent sizes I would have gave 5 stars The Gizzards were exactly what I expected, and they will be areason why I return. The Corn Bread!!! It tastes like a fluffy slice of happiness."

"Lovely and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend getting some bread and the tomato cream soup. Dunk and enjoy. The mozzarella cheese sticks are just frozen restaurant cheese sticks, save your money. Lasagna was a hearty lunch portion at $12.50 and was enjoyable from start to finish. Where this place excelled was the front-of-house staff. The servers were collectively present, welcoming, and engaging. Food: 3"

"Wait was over an hour and a half for 2 people!! The food was good but not worth that wait and my steak was kind of cold when it arrived. Would maybe consider a different place for brunch."

Spinach soup to start, a wonderful Texas Syrah, Veal Schnitzel w mushroom gravy was the final decision however the menu special board like this it was hard to decide. And do not miss the peach breadpudding w Carmel sauce! A signature dish! Don?t look anywhere else this is your spot!"

"My name is Ray I’m a Pastor from Mercy Church in NC. Yesterday, my church had a chartered Bus with nearly 50 people onboard to stop in at Great American Buffet in Fredericksburg Va. I had spoken to Rosi by telephone on Thursday November 17th to give the Manager that would be on Duty Saturday November 19th a heads up that we were coming and how many to prepare for! When we arrived… we walked off the Bus we were greeted by a friendly staff member that took a group photo for us. We walked straight in and were seated at the room set up for us! The Manager on Duty (Tabitha) went above and beyond to make our group dining experience 5 star! She was a Blessing and so friendly! The wait staff was awesome as well! I just wanted to say Thank You to Tabitha…. The Staff Great American Buffet for an Incredible dining experience friendly service thats hard to find in this post pandemic world! Y'all were amazing! Blessings, Ray Mercy Church"
