"We were a little bit disappointed that their dining room was closed, but we decided to do an online order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. However, when we went through the drive-thru, they were confused about whether they had given usthe correct amount of food and, when they gave us the food, they told us to check the food to make sure we had gotteneverything. They also completely forgot to give us our drinks and then asked us why we were still sitting at the window 5minutes later. Turned out that they did mess up several things in the order, but we were already halfway home at that point anddidn't have time to turn back around. Something that we all noticed while waiting for our food was the whole kitchen/food prepareas were dirty and, in closer areas, we could see dirt and grime caked on to the counters. We decided it would not be a goodidea to come back."

"Everything was fantastic. The chilly weather cocktail with empress gin was very tasty. I tried frog legs for the first time and they tasted just like chicken but less meaty than a chicken bone and I would order them again. The cheese plate had three very different cheeses which was a nice vararity. I ordered the sword fish and the bone marrow fried rice and their flavors complimented each other well. The espresso martini was delicious and the donuts were so fresh and warm, what a great end to a great meal."

"The service here was great and the food was also! I ordered potato soup that quickly came to our table and a turkey, salad, tomatoes and Mayo sandwich. The soup was good, but the turkey sandwich was one of the best I ever have! I'm looking forward to my next visit here. I would recommend the Shoppe for your lunchtime."

"Just one word to describe the chicken: incredible. I'm from NYC, my mother was a cook, and I'm freezing my own chicken, but I have to say... This is a OUTSTANDING find. Perhaps the best chicken sandwich in the country, by far the best in NY. The pommes were phenomenal, the sauces were brilliant, and the chicken... you know. The waffle is pretty good for a GF waffle, but the chicken is the real shiny star. Glass fragile crispy. Kudos, FLX."
