"Wife and I stopped here on our way home to Oklahoma (about 3 more hours of a drive) on Tuesday October 2nd 2023. A wow. Even though it was packed when we were here, the wait was not really that long and they brought our meal in the right order, (no appetizers after or at same time as entrée). Waitress was incredible and did a great job making you feel valued. Food was absolutely fantastic. Great flavor and cooked perfect. Meal type: Dinner"

"It has been about a year since the last time I was at Charlies Chicken. The food was not up to their usual high standards to say the least. (This use to be the best fast food place in Joplin.....use to be! I should have let that last time be the last time. Stopped there tonight for a 3 piece chunk dinner (fried okra and broccoli grape salad. I sat waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes by my watch, for the girl to take my order. When I got my food I started eating before I cleared the drive way. The chicken chunks were cold and soggy, the okra was cold and soggy, the broccoli grape salad had very little dressing on it and the taste was non existent. NO FLAVOR!!!! The roll was cold too. NEVER going back again.......Sadly they have slipped from top notch to bottom rung!"

"I traveled through Joplin and needed a place to meet my two sisters for lunch. With the help of Yelp... the Undercliff Grill appeared. I remember it was a year ago that we were there. In the middle of nowhere.... wasn't sure it was still open after COVID... so glad it was. We're here when they're open at 11:00. When we waited, a train came by... very cool. Kelly was our server and what a nice, pleasant woman. Great sense of humour and patience enough to treat one of my sisters who changed her mind after she ordered something!! We did it. Kelly was great. We ordered the Rueben, Hamburger with Fritten. Very delicious. Yes... good day trip and a great place for a meal."

"Me' s is such a wonderful place to eat. My husband and I ate there today for the first time, it was like going home to grandmas for Sunday dinner. The greens and fried chicken will not disappoint, and the cabbage was so good and full of flavor. Melody was very nice, you can tell that she put her foot in them greens though, oh my... And the gooey cake was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Looking forward to eating there again."
