"It is a place for people who like vegetarian food, but we order to take away and just the time waiting was much more than mentioned. When I ordered the waitress said 25 minutes, it took more than one hour. At home I tried some...of the dishes ordered, like the spring rolls and the fired wanton, what a disappointment, after one hour waiting the taste was far from a dinner I would expect to have. My sons ordered different dishes and none of them were happy. I suggest looking for a different place or give it a try to proof I wrong. The place was full and that must say something, but I didn’t say anting for me, sorry."

"I can imagine this would be a great place for students stopping by for a hearty, cheap lunch or for a simple comfort meal but I didn't find the food to be mind blowing. Nothing tasted unpleasant but the laksa could have been thicker and more flavoursome in my opinion and although the dumplings were pan fried to perfection with amazingly crispy skins, the filling was a little bit less tasty than I would have hoped. The serving sizes are absolutely massive which made the value for money great. There were so many noodles and a lot of meat also which was nice. I don't think I'd travel to Indooroopilly to visit again but it's worth a try if you want to eat big without paying much!"

"From the (not so) quiet compounds of the food court of the university campus lies a few choices. This is one of them. Over the past number of months, this has been a stop-off for me, mostly because of location at work; this is a review based on the accumulation of those visits, and not a recent one - this is retrospective more or less. Let's just say I was in the local area, and leave it at that. The choice from the food court is not great, and most of it is either chain restaurants or typical low-grade options for non-discriminating taste buds. From many adaptations and changes over the years, mine have become more particular. This is as good as it gets for the food court; keep in mind it is made for poorer students, and not active foodies. Venture here if you do wish, your choice, open mind and all that. Some aspects of it might even surprise you. <br>

"I have eaten online for a big group birthday evening for I came early to set up the cake. the rest of the group was a few minutes behind me. then I was told to hurry and order, as the kitchen in and restaurant closed in an hour. this was not mentioned in booming or on the confirmation email. I had to quickly find another restaurant with more modern opening times. fortunately we found another place in elizabeth arcade, where by the way, eating was better. new shanghai is a dining room with employees who are good to ignore them."
