"I made our reservation by putting my credit card down on opentable for a 6pm table for a rare date night with my husband. At 5:15pm, we were stuck in traffic due to a major accident while dropping our children off at the grandparents house. I called to ask if we could bump our reservation to 6:30pm as I could see on opentable later reservations available. They said no and we had to evacuate our table I booked for their 7:45pm reservation. Weird considering when I booked our table and put my cc down it specifically stated we had 2 hours at our table. Okay, so no budging on the current reservation. Got it. I said, okay well it looks like we’ll be a couple minutes late just fyi. We ended up arriving at 6:02pm for our table. 2 minutes late. No biggie. We were greated at our table and ordered cocktails. We placed our food order. Our appetizer and salad arrived at the same time. Strange. But oh well. My husband’s Allen Bros filet arrived. I too ordered an Allen bros filet, medium well with a Parmesan crust. Unfortunately a ribeye that had blue cheese on it arrived and it was rare. Nobody came to check on our meal. I finally flagged down a bus boy after my husband was almost done with his meal. 5 minutes later what appeared to be my steak arrived but I didn’t have a knife to cut into it to check the temperature. The person who delivered my now second steak was long gone and of course I can’t cut into it. I used my husband’s knife since he was long done with his meal.y steak POURED blood out with the small cut. Clearly not medium well. Still no server to check on us. Again eventually flagged down a bus boy. He took my raw filet. 10 minutes later a steak arrives. Nobody cares to wait to see if it was cooked correctly…the THIRD steak. I asked a staff member walking by for a knife finally. It’s cooked correctly. But by then my husband was long done with his dinner. Our sides were ice cold that I couldn’t eat since I didn’t even have a plate to eat them on while waiting for my"

"Can only give four stars for this time around... we didn't order dinner, just drinks and apps. We were sat quickly by the kind waitress. She was delightful, attentive and quick with service. We ordered the Sicilian Slush lemon flavored, which was really tasty, and the Tommy's bread dip. The dip was really good but the bread was only okay, and came out cold. Would stop in again for drinks and to try the entrees next time. Super cute, lively place."
