"I’ve been searching high and low for YEARS to find the best Sicilian pie in Baltimore. Sorry, Matthew’s. It’s Mario’s for me! The crust is always crispy on the bottom and perfectly chewy on top. Their service is fast—I can usually order, get in the car, and 20 min later when I arrive, my beautiful sausage and mushroom pie is waiting for me hot and ready. They also have authentic NYC style garlic knots which are hard to find, and a delicious selection of desserts. The price for the deep dish pie is worth it. Be sure and tip them well!"

"I ordered a pizza accommodation with pfeffersalat and wobble. the sub tasted good. the problem was the price $11.01 really. I called and the guy told me I had an old menu, then I told him it was the one on the line, then he told me I had the wrong place. whatever. I'm not gonna get it back."

"We ordered online and had a huge $200 order for 8 people for pick up. When we picked up the staff was super friendly and organized, knew exactly where our order was and had everything labeled. We didn't even bother to check and make sure everything was in the bags because it was such a big order and we had 5 children with us, BUT there was NOTHING MISSING. The service was impeccable, it's super easy and convenient to order and pay online and their time estimates were spot"

"Nothing about my order was stand out. Got a lamb gyro and they put way too much sauce on it. Literally leaking sauce out either end of the gyro. And they didn't even fold it, they just made it like a taco.My friend asked for chicken wings and french fries with ketchup salt and pepper on top, and instead of doing what she asked they just put packets of ketchup in our to-go bag.When asked why they did that and didn't put the condiments on top of the food as requested, the employees just shrugged and handed us ketchup packets. When asking about salt and pepper we were told they didn't have any.Chicken wings and french fries were unseasoned and had very little flavor.Also bought two pieces of cake, the four layer carrot cake slice was $7 plus tax. Ridiculously overpriced for what you're getting.The gyro with fries, four wings with fries, and two slices of cake were overpriced at $37.Two women working behind the counter, the black girl made me repeat myself at least half a dozen times and still didn't get the order right The white girl looked like a junkie and was rude to the black girl. At one point, The phone rings about half a dozen times in a row and instead of picking up the phone and putting taking the order she angrily asked the black girl to do pick up the phone and put the customer on hold... While she stood there doing nothing.Places kind of grungy and dirty looking. Very old building without regular maintenance.If zero stars were an option, they'd get it."

"Complete worst experience of my life. I ordered food for me and my kid. I stood at the door the driver pulled up and with the food hanging out the window. I said are you going to walk to the door he said no and pulled off?! I?ve never seen anything like that. I had my child with me I was not leaving him in the house. You couldn?t walk to my house? This is sad. Every time I order from here they come to my door.he was super rude I will not return"
