"While visiting my daughter, she asked we get dinner there. We walked in at 6:30. Waited for 15 minutes before the waitress finally came to get our drink order. She returned with our drinks 5 minutes later and took our order. 1.5 hours later, we finally got our food. The waitress had apologized a couple of times saying the kitchen was behind etc. A couple who arrived at the same time as us, ordered, ate, ordered dessert and left before we got our food. We finally asked the manager and he returned to tell us our order had just made it to the kitchen 20 min before we got our food. So for one hour, we sat there while the waitress had the order in her pocket I guess. The fact she blamed the kitchen rather than accept responsibility is unacceptable. Things happened and you forget but she continuously lie, even when the manager confronted her in front of us. We ended up paying full price for everything since no discount was offered. The food was good. Service left a lot to be desired."

"My group and I ate there Thursdays every week for three years. that's a couple of meals. harvey’s is the only restaurant in Starkville where we were served a bug in our tee, a pants type rubber band in our pasta sauce, a brotbinder in an salat twice and seen clean glasses stored on the floor next to the baths. we were pleased when there was no violent laxative effect of 4 because we all work up to 5. generous spoon in the city, with a wonderful charming atmosphere. jay wold have not approved, sad he continued"

"I had the black fish. it tasted too fishy fat. the decoration is a quantity to wish. what is with the not so inviting mardi gras decorations. who wants to eat with a grimlin, how kreatur that she stares from the wall? the building looks old, in the necessity of a reconstruction."
