"I will admit they have the best barbecue in the Pasadena, Deer Park, and LaPorte area, however my complaint is a bit unusual and it has to do with their customer service isn't what mine would be if I were the owner. On two occasions lately, Ive bought around $130 worth of barbecue and side orders, which should feed our family for a couple of days. So I would say that $130 worth of food would probably be worth about $30-$40 profit. So when I placed my order I asked if I could get a glass of tea on the house. A glass of tea in a restaurant may cost a quarter, and my wait was around 10 minutes. I'm not cheap or small minded, however giving a glass of tea shouldn't be a big deal especially since it cost so little. As far as a free glass of tea goes, it doesn't affect the bottom line and shows appreciation to a customer (myself only) willing to spend over a hundred dollars for barbecue and sides."
