"Great variety on food and beverage selection. Really good atmosphere and energetic friendly staff. Sara was very attentive as a host and Nikhol was super as our waitress. I could not make up my mind, not being too hungry I had a slider with each 4 legged meat. Suggest for those palates with a spicy yearning, all for the el diablo sauce. Minus one star for the anesthetic ambience in the 'waiting ' lobby and a few of the big screens not working. Other BBQ establishments I 've visited had warm disposable towelettes to clean hands (Texas native here) that would just be an extra suggestion. All in all, would look forward to another visit in the near future!"

"This was our 3rd time eating here. We don’t live in the area, and our 1st meal there was excellent. 2nd meal wasn’t quite as good, but thought maybe they were just having a bad day. We decided to give it a try again. We were in line to place our order and noticed a sign that said they were not serving fried foods due to being short staffed. We really like fries with our BBQ, but thought ok, we will order other sides this time. I’m not sure how long the signs had been up, or if it was just that weekend. We placed our order, and was then told they were out of baked beans. The cashier said we will have some more in 15 minutes. We agreed to wait the 15 minutes, as there weren’t many other choices for sides. We waited, other patrons came, ate, and left. The young lady bringing food out never asked what we ordered, or told us she would check on our order. She constantly walked by us, seeing we had nothing but our drinks. I kept looking at the time, and 45 minutes later, we still did not have our food. I asked for a manager, and requested a refund, letting her know we had not received our food. She looked at the order time on the receipt, and said, “you have not received your food?, I am so sorry.” She gave me a refund, but we wasted almost an hour of our time, and still had not ate. We left and went to another restaurant to eat. This place could be a great restaurant, but if they can’t serve the most popular sides, and can’t get the food out, they will end up failing. We were highly disappointed!"
