"My husband and I are consistent customers of Blue Ember Smokehouse! Our last visit was January 2nd and this is my first review!! My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. I ordered a girl dinner aka baked sweet potato, fried okra, and green beans! We both really enjoy their pulled pork, and sometimes I like to just get their sides. Their green beans are my FAVORITE! If I had more room in my tummy, I would have ordered their mac n’ cheese because it is sooooo good! The Blue Ember Team was kind and professional. The restaurant was clean and I enjoy their environment! I really enjoy the music! We have been times where it is super busy and there is limited seating, but this particular night there were more options! Thank you Blue Ember Smokehouse for what you contribute to Fort Smith and the River Valley! I appreciate you!!Vegetarian options: They have sides that are vegetarian!"

"Let me start by saying my wife and I were born and raised in south Texas, so you get an idea of the kind of BBQ I like... My wife and I shared a half rack of dry rub ribs, half a pound of brisket, four tamales, a side salad (for my wife) and potato salad (for me). My daughter got the kids ribs and fries. The ribs were fantastic, we all liked them! The tamales and brisket were mediocre at best, but that's coming from a Texan so your mileage may vary. I liked my potato salad a lot, but it wasn't amazing. Our waitress was great and very attentive. I highly recommend the ribs!"

"Had a really good meal and my granddaughter didn't eat much and the server took the ticket and reduced the meal she had! I didn't even mention it. What a surprise. She got a good tip! But she deserved it. We plan to go back soon!"
