"Dear hot chicken and was said to try this place and it was not disappointed! I tried the XX hot and it was hot, pages were good. Only has 1 table to dinate in so most likely you need to order, but we will be worth a visit."

"We had heard good things about the food so were anxious to try it bec we eat hot chicken almost weekly all over Nashville. We invited another family to go with us. We walked in & never were greeted but just stared at. I asked if there was no seasoning for the kids & the lady whispered so I couldn't hear her & she acted as if I bothered her. We then were looking at the menu as we waited on 1 adult/1 child to join us. They kept asking if we were ready, rushing us, so I gave my order & then my husband. The woman working asked if we were all together & we stated we were on one check & our friends would be on the other. She fussed at our friend for not coming to order yet & said "you are with them, order now!". We said we were on a separate check but the owner yelled at us that we were all together & that's the way he was doing it! We were all in shock at how they were both acting. The woman working said "just give me your order, you want a chicken basket with fries?!?!". We still had another person we were waiting to walk in but they said we had to order then. She asked us take out or eat in & we chose eat in. There was another family at the 2 tables but they were already halfway thru their meal so we knew they would be finished when our meal was ready or we could eat outside at the 2 tables. She looked at the table & said there wasn't room for us to eat in. What?!?! The owner then stepped up from the back & started yelling at our friend bec he said his wife still had to come in & order. We asked him to wait & he refused. At that point, we decided we weren't going to take this type of disrespect & rudeness so we all walked out. As we walked out, he yelled out at us "keep walking...." & shouted other stuff we can't repeat. Went 3 doors down to Jumbo & Delicious & it was amazing (& friendly to boot that!)! There's more to our story but I've already written too much. Don't waste your time at Moore's, there's NO food that's good enough to be treated rudely!"

"BBQ Fired Shrimp amazing! Fried Catfish platter some of the best around. Red beans rice excellent. Not a huge fan of their gumbo, jambalaya, étouffée (from south west LA ?but many people love it. Love the Cajun ambience and occasional zydeco music in the background. Reminds me of home:"

"Great local place that I predict will only get better with time. I have a 2 piece bone in with Singe heat (I think that was the one, it was Medium ...great spice, not overwhelming heat...just right . I 'm not a true hot chicken fan after a traumatic incident at Prince 's 17 years ago....LOL (I survived, but just barely! Anyhow supply chain issues are hitting everyone....the soda fountain was out out of syrup on most flavors and out of gas. Luckily the lemonade worked and it was just fine. If I 'd wanted a soda I 'd have run to Sonic. My sides were coleslaw and fried okra. The coleslaw was good everyone makes it different and this was heavy on the mayo, celery seed, and pretty sure I tasted lemon juice in there but it was darn good. The okra came out piping hot, and I got lucky on the chicken they had a couple extra pieces ready to go so it came out quick. I was perfectly willing to wait the 20 minutes, though perfection takes time. The chicken was in a box on a slice of white bread to soak up all the goodness. They included about half a dozen napkins and I needed 'em all! Good stuff I 'll be back. I don 't generally say much about prices but theirs are a bit too cheap! My meal was $12.00, drink included. I 'll be back!"
