"We are a group of girls that visited here for bottomless brunch on the recent bank holiday.We booked a few weeks in advance and put our menu choices in a few days before and paid the final balance. This worked really well as meant that things ran really smoothly on the day.The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Despite Boris confining everyone to their seats there was still a real buzz about the place with music at the perfect volume to enjoy but still be able to speak to each other. It was a really friendly environment.There were plenty of staff on so we never had to wait long for a drink (always a worry on bottomless brunch). Drinks were great quality and a good selection to choose from. We all really enjoyed the summer berry blank canvas.Food was also fantastic and again a good choice to choose from. I opted for the brunch grill which really set me up for drinking.Overall a really great experience. Some other friends have recently booked this based on my recommendation and I am hoping to return with my husband too."

"Ordered for delivery and complained when there was no sauce with the Mac and cheese, hoping to get at least a partial refund. Was told that the sauce is free and therefore not my problem. It 's like getting wings and they 're missing the blue cheese sauce, or ordering sweet and sour chicken balls and not getting the sauce with that, a cheeseburger without the cheese. It 's part of the meal and without the sauce you 're not getting the actual thing and flavours you wanted. What 's the point of me ever ordering again if it may just be missing the cheese, the dips, the blue cheese sauce or whatever else is supposed to be part of the whole package?"

"This is my 3rd time at MeatLiquor Brighton! Each time I have taken somebody new and they have loved it! It's not for everybody; dark, loudish music, and very basic tables. But for me, this is perfect. The food is amazing. Never had burgers like it before! And the sides are all amazing too! I love that it is served on a tray to encourage group interaction, and then a roll of kitchen towel is provided instead of plates! And I have never been able to complain about the service! Very friendly and very helpful. This is a unique place, and if it wasn't for the fact that this place is perfectly individual, I would ask for more!! :"

"The green chili cheeseburger was great, I was a few times in meat and the burgers were always good. the buffalo sauce they use/or make is also delicious, it is a large sauce, but with respect to the wings, the wings themselves are dry. even though they were drowned in the sauce, they were tiny and dry. I would not recommend ordering the hot chaos for a takeaway, as the hash browns swim in buffalo sauce, I would recommend if they immersed!"
