"Terrible experience. It was freezing in the bar area and we barely saw our server. I literally had to go to the bar to get a drink from our table.Ordered the steak tips medium rare with a side of fries. Steak tips were well done and never received fries. Had to ask for everything and had to take our tab to the bartender to cash out. Lots of servers sitting around and hanging out doing nothing. No wonder this place was dead at 6:00"
