"Found this pub after walking over the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan. Lovely spot to stop for a bite to eat and a few pints. It's an old-school local bar with a great atmosphere. "The food was terrific. However the service as terrible. It took 15/20 minutes before we received our drinks. The waitress was not attentive. At the end of the meal we asked her to split the tab equally among three credit cards and she over charged us by about $15 dollars total so luckily we caught that."

"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"Outside the restaurant, the restaurant time mentioned was upto 12am. I was able to reserve tables for 9 pm as well. After we were seated the server told us 9 pm is the last order. While we were eating, the server came and told 845 is the last order. While we were eating at 9:05 or 9:10, the server handed us the check. Since we were working through the food. They came back and told us to pay it and said we can hand you take out boxes. The time was 915 at this time. Such a bad experience. The last time I went there I had such a great time, didn't expect such an experience."
