"Overall, service was very slow. Our server was busy chit chatting with a friend of hers. Drinks were not offered to be refilled and it was difficult to get her attention. Felt like we had to ask for the check though our plates were empty in front of us for 10-15 minutes. But again, she was busy talking with her friend. My burger was excellent though. French fries were cold upon receipt, but burger was nice and warm with fresh veggies on it."

"It's cold outside and my huh's cold too. I eat in chicken express by danforth in edmond twice in the month and this is a first time that I roll cold huh and roll. the engraving was warm when that. very disappointed from my meal. I hope the next visit is a round one."

"Need to work on their kitchen staff. The waiters were on top of it though. Got traditional wings hot out of the kitchen and thew were very untender. I recommend boneless wings and not the tacos."

"They're a hit and miss restaurant. The fries and lemonade are Always delicious. The burgers are the Best half the time, and the service is excellent half the time. That means the other times we went, the service was extremely slow and they messed things up (ringing up wrong items, bringing us the wrong check, not placing the order correctly, and half the time the burgers are off, or lacking flavor. Strange that it's not consistent, but when they're ON, they're the best burgers in the area. We love the Philly cheese steak burger, Macaroni burger, and Butler burger. You can get bottomless flat or curly fries, and they're served in the mini fry basket-Love it! We recommend the Straw melon and Gummy bear lemonade, but all the ones we've tasted are good. They also have a sampler where you can try different lemonades, or each refill of lemonade is $1 and you can request a different kind on the refill. The staff is mostly college aged kids, and they usually try hard with the service, but sometimes they get caught up socializing and that seems to be when the most mistakes occur. If they can get more consistent, they'd be 5 stars, easily."
