"Great place for drinks and food in downtown Evansville. Located about two blocks from the river, they have indoor and outdoor seating. The food tastes great. The drinks taste strong. And the beer is ice cold. It is a good place to go to hang out with your friends and possibly meet some unusual people. I have never had bad food, a bad drink or a bad time at the Peephole."

"When I first came in, I thought we wouldn't get a big service, as it took a minute to get space, but a server soon sat after us and explained that they had no hosts. I understand, I've been working with Bdubs. Our server, Jake, and please tell him that I said that came to our table immediately and brought us everything we wanted. Our food came clean, our server pre-bussed, and he gave us the perfect time between check-ins! My drinks were never empty and I got everything I needed in time. Perfect service! I'll ask him in the future, and everyone else should."

"Really good food. Get the catfish and the fried pickle spears. The pickles are a bit pricey but boy are they worth it if you like fried pickles. Best fried pickles in town. Have been several times and I can only hope they stick around a long time because it's not often I am impressed by a fried pickle."
