"I was really not impressed by this facility. If you look at the menu at the front door, it seems like a good place to eat. But from my observations and what little we ordered, we were not impressed. The only positive was our server not sure what his name was, but he was very friendly and spot on our orders. We ordered some drinks from the bars and an appetizer to eat while we killed some time shopping. We ordered the double nacho Supreme. There was nothing double about these nachos. There was hardly any chili, nor sour cream and the chicken that came on it, was so small that you hardly noticed that it had chicken on it. It was mostly corn chips with a meager that helped all toppings. It's pretty sneaky for a $14.00 appetizer. I am neither impressed nor will I return to this facility in the future. I think that was a very unsatisfactory visit. I don't recommend this place. I would do my business elsewhere."

"We had drinks at the Nashville Ole Red two nights earlier and decided to try dinner at this one. The food was delicious and the music was great. We got our food but didn’t have silverware or napkins, even though we had drinks on the table for a while before we ordered. My wife had the catfish, but they forgot the cole slaw. I had the grilled meatloaf and it was great."

"Can't say enough about this hidden gem!!! Best food in Gatlinburg!! We returned on our trip to get more because we couldn't stop thinking about the muffuletta and the gumbo!! Service was awesome and personal and the cozy atmosphere was perfect. Check theirhours before you head there. Thanks for making amazing food!!!"

"I went there on a weekend and saw the store manager sitting at the table eating with his family it looked like to me while his employees were very busy he should've helped them out then while still busy had his non employees wife and little underage girl she looked 10 cleaning tables some didn't really even wipe up good floors were dirty and food was bad only thing I have to say was good was a man that rang me up was very kind and helpful with the new menu and told me about what all I could do with the new pizzas and when I complained about the food he also took care of that as well while the manager did nothing but sit on his but so if you ever go here ask for Tony or make sure he's there he should be the manager of he isn't one already he looked very busy the whole time I was there and was very nice to my family"

"After watching the recent show on Food Network my girlfriend and I were excited to try Chicken Guy. The ordering process went well but it took 10 minutes to get our food. The food was good but I don't think it was Guy quality. The chicken was okay but was not packed with enough breading and didn't have the crunch that UT should have. I will say that the sauces I tried were on point. I understand everyone can have an off day so I will give it another try."
