"Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we wouldn't be able to eat it at home in time. That being said, the only response / action was to say that you and our server are sorry. We will continue to recommend Jerico's, but also warn."

"Started off as a 30 minute wait. I could tell they were short staffed. I saw 2-3 waiters/waitresses and they were bussing their own tables. Drinks and appetizers came out normal, but things went downhill once we ordered our wings. It took 45 minutes, no exaggeration, I set my stopwatch, to be told that the cook just put our order in. At that point we just paid for drinks and appetizers. We still gave the waiter a tip because it wasn’t his fault. He did give us the proverbial spill of “we’ve been busy today”, but you could tell he was still kinda new to the gig. Also didn’t want to be a Karen and destroy the poor kid. He is why it’s a two star rating and not one. Overall, I feel management does this location an injustice. It could also be the times we live in and no one wants to work, but I’m chocking this one up as a failure in leadership."
