"I was there with 4 friends on a Friday evening at about 6:00. I don't think they were that busy since there were 10 or 12 people standing behind the wait station and empty tables. Waitress came by and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with a side salad. We had no refills, no check-ins, nothing. We had to go inside and ask for our food at 7:15. Some guy brought our food out and two of the orders were wrong (note the tots in the photo) and my sandwich was cold. The staff disappeared again and I had to get towels and ketchup from another table. About 8: 15, we had to ask one of the 15 people behind the wait station for our check. My experience has been fine at other locations and other times I've visited but maybe it was just an off night."

"For a steakhouse, the filet mignon was terrible. I guess that is what you get for the cheap prices, anyway. The chicken tenders and wings were good. Blossom onion was good and fries were also good. Really disappointed in the steak though and the sauted mushrooms which smelled and tasted funny. won't recommend. Staff is nice."

"I can not speak about all locations but this location doesn't have the specials advertised. They don't allow the sauce on the side and the service is slow. I will not be back and I was not able to eat the food you see here because there was way too much sauce. Waste of my money and time"
