"On 7/28 received a flyer with coupons. today have been there. the server said that the manager told them that they do not accept paper coupons. we asked to speak to the manager; the server returns and said the manager does not want to discuss it. If they don't want to accept coupons, that's okay. but put them a sign on the door to inform the customers so that the server does not have to deal with it. each manager should be willing to discuss any problem with a customer! we ordered that eat was good and the server, armane was excellent. but we will not be back!"

"We were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress didn't immediately ask us if we wanted anything to drink. She passed our table and acknowledged the people opposite us who arrived after my fiance and I did. After walking back and forth a couple of times she then came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. We asked for coffee and waited a bit for that. Even though we were ready to order, she left and came back a longer while later to take our order. 3 1/2 cups of coffee later, we had decided to just pay for the coffee and leave to somewhere else, just as we were about to leave, the waitress came with our order. We waited an hour for scrambled eggs and bacon, 3 eggs, bacon and sausage links with pancakes. Definitely disappointed. I wasn't going to leave a review but this has been the second time that we have experienced this at the Newburgh NY perkins location and I have to say we most likely will not dine at this Perkins location again. I would have at least expected out of common curiosity for the waitress to excuse the fact that our service was taking so long and why maybe but nothing. As soon as she arrived with our food she left out bill. Definitely not impressed. Food turned out cold even after waiting an hour. The only thing that was hot was the coffee."

"Beautiful place. the staff was attentive and the food arrived on time. the waiting time was a bit long, but I guess that depends on the daytime. the food was well done, even though my middle steak was a bit over cooked. all in all, a great family space."
