"The staff is racist. On the evening of 10/20 we visited Racks the waitress required a card to be put of file and a up front 25.00 charge was required to be put on the card before any food or drinks were ordered. We were told it would be refunded. One of my guest questioned this request because they had patronized the establishment before and was never ask to do this. We left and we will never return. I also took a look at your reviews saw another customer complained about a racist encounter a month ago. I think I will be reporting the nonposted policy that was attempted on my guest and report it to the Better Business Bureau. You must post your policy and it must be required by all. To address your response, no I would not like to talk about this situation due to your response being the same to the other customers review a month ago. Which confirms you were aware of a another racists incident in your establishment. I have already reported your establishment to the Better Business Bureau."

"Our first bad experience here. We went last Saturday. My pork chop was thin and tough. My Brussels sprouts were burned and my husband's hamburger was raw. We will wait awhile before going back. I think they must have lost their cook."

"This was my first visit to Zaxby?s. I have driven past the Orange City location several thousand times. The reason I have never stopped at a Zaxby?s is because of their reputation for being over priced mediocre chicken restaurant. I was in a hurry and saw the Lake Mary Zaxby?s right before I had to turn before getting on the 417. There was no one at the menu board so I pulled in. The order taker asked ?Can I take your order?? I ordered Classic Chicken sandwich combo advertised near the menu board. The order taker asked if Pickles and Zax Sauce were ok? I asked, what is Zax sauce? She could not really explain it. I said sure how ever it comes. She asked what I wanted to drink, I asked what do you have that is not carbonated. She start with caffeine free coke. I told her I would just take a sweet tea. Said your total is 8.01 pull around. There were two cars waiting at the window. The first was there about a minute before it pulled away. The second car wait 4 minutes to get there order. The cashier was polite and friendly. She handed me the sweet tea and asked if I wanted ketchup. I said sure. She came back in two minutes and handed me a bag and said ?I put three inside.? Meaning 3 ketchup. The cashier Karen was very pleasant and cheerful. I pulled under a tree in the parking lot, put my straw in the ice tea, and took a big drink. The sweet tea was a perfect Southern sweet tea, strong tea flavor and sweet but not syrupy sweet. The tea was full of flavor and refreshing. I opened the sandwich, orange sauce was all over inside the foil bag. The orang sauce, Zax sauce was like a mild Buffalo sauce, tangy, zesty, but not to hot. The bun was like a Hawaiian bun but not too soft. The chicken breast was well breaded and golden brown. The batter was crispy. The chicken was slightly moist and seemed a little stringy. It was a flavorful sandwich. I finished the sandwich and headed for the 417. As I pulled in to Lake Mary Blvd I reached into the bag for a fry. The crinkle cut fries were thick but did not seem to be thoroughly cooked. The were squishy like a slop chip or under cooked fry. I ate several on Lake Mary Blvd then as I pulled onto the 417 I saw one had a seasoning like paprika. I tasted the red seasoning and it was a bit spicy and salty. It might have been better if there were more seasoning on the fries so you could taste the flavor. I will try Zaxby?s again."

"Their Claws (Boneless Chicken) are amazing! They're good every time we go here! I did have an issue the other day where the menu doesn't have actual prices of the premium sides, or I was charged wrong. Menu said they were like $2.49 upcharge, but for loaded fries I ended up getting charged like $11.99 or maybe $10.99, don't remember which one and then the chili cheese tots were also $9.99... No where on the menu that I saw did it say those prices. They definitely did not charge me for the sides, instead charged me for appetizers, which I never ordered. Other than that this place is amazing, but they need to get their waitresses on the same page with the menu. I should've said something when I was there, that was on me, but I took my Brother out for his birthday and didnt feel like making a big deal about it. Would def recommend this place for their food though!!"
