"I'm very much confused as to why the public thinks this chicken is good. From someone who is familiar with Korean friend chicken and have lived in Korea, this place is far off from the real deal. The batter is way too thick and their soy garlic sauce has too much soy sauce in it. It was too difficult to finish the chicken with the amount of batter there was.Korean fried chicken should be lightly bartered and fried twice. That's what makes the chicken crunchy. Unfortunately the crunch here was more of a deflating batter type of texture. There was so much batter some parts of it were barely fried. The chicken itself did not have any marinade either. I am also confused as to how the drumsticks are extremely huge. They look like they're on steroids. See the picture for what I mean. I really wanted to like this place as I have been looking for a good Korean fried chicken spot around KY/Cincinnati, but this was such a disappointment."

"Just ordered from the first time on DoorDash. Unfortunately the driver took some of the items, but there replaced it hassle free. In addition to their customer service, they also have SUPER delicious food. Everyone at our office loved it. Will be ordering again."
