"Food was average. I asked for mayo on sandwich and a side of mayo and wing sauce for dipping fries. Waitress looked at me like I was dumb. Food came with no mayo on sandwich and no side of wing sauce. My brother didn’t get his horseradish sauce. I can deal with that, it was the fact that they never told us that there is a first responder discount. I heard it from another customer AFTER we paid. I asked the purple haired hostess girl about it, she had to leave and go ask. She confirmed the discount. I told her we had already paid. Instead of saying, hang on I’ll get a manager, she just started wiping off her seating chart. Purple haired worthless kid. Never go back."

"We made a reservation about an hour before our seating time. no mention was made about the air conditioning not working. In Scottsdale it is over 100 degrees at 7 pm so not having working is a big deal. When we arrived the hostess tried to have us sit outside but due to the outside temp we wanted inside. She then fessed up to the fact that the AC was broken. Given a choice between 2 bad choices we picked inside. Everything was very good except the drink delivery which was excessively long and the temperature which was uncomfortable. The fact that they didn't just close speaks volumes about the managements attitude. Their desire to make money trumps the customers comfort. I will think twice before I go back."
