"The food is usually great, but the service is terrible. I do not know whether their services have too many tables at once or simply not properly trained. I always come here because I just like the food. I had many different servers in this particular place and none of them was great. I've been here for over an hour with my three kids and my waitress just stopped here with my food and checked. Never offered to fill any drinks or just to make sure we don't need anything. I had to fly them up for my check and boxes. Not impressive. But the chefs in the back make a great job! Never had a worry or complaint with my food!"

"Food was great but it took over 10 minutes for our waitress to come around and ask if we wanted drinks. Then we got our drinks, she set them down and left without taking our order. We got there at 745pm and left at 910pm. This was disappointing because the food is delicious, the atmosphere was okay, but the service could have been a lot better."

"The service was great! But it was in the midday period. We had fried pickles, salads and pizza The Chicago style was very good. Well worth the money from the value. The taste was so delicious as well. Again remember the time we went was at 3:30pm. So, a big difference from going at 8pm at night."

"We went there Sunday and had an excellent experience. Our burgers were hand pressed and cooked just right. The hand cut fries were delicious. The owners came over and made sure everything was good.Their menu is quite extensive but we wanted burgers.We will be back!"

"Great food and amazing service (thanks Natalie). Didn’t know about this place until very recently. Everyone should check it out. Great sports bar but not to loud. I had the wedge salad with the feta vinaigrette and some bone in wings. Very good, someplace I will definitely come back to. The server never let my drink go dry and I was only drinking water. That does not happen everywhere, very attentive."

"I was happy enough to be able to visit the VIP night and eat so much that I was back on the opening day two days later! because I visited the VIP night with a group of eight, we ordered all different items and then handed them over to cost a huge part of the menu. we had different appetizers and all were really good. we have wounded with different wing options and also had the flowerflower vieggie wings (not huh, but they were good and all the aromen were good. When I came back on Wednesday, I ordered various articles and they were not disappointed at all. I love that this restaurant has a series of gluten-free and vegetarian items (all clearly marked) that they have on the menu, as my wife is vegetarian, we now have a sports bar restaurant that we can go where I can not only enjoy large wings, but it can also enjoy more than just French fries. Moreover, I can bring my children here and not worry about what the server wear (not really wear) and how children are perceived and treated! they love that families come. the biggest thing I love at the wings is that they not only get to choose their taste, but then they get to choose how hot they want this taste. there are some places in the city that have some really great aromen, but they are either so mild I don't like them, or they come from xxx hot, and I don't like that either."

"I only give this place a reluctant one star. If zero stars was an option, this place would get it! I was denied entry because I was told at the door that the kitchen was backed up and they were at full capacity. However, as I was leaving, I could see open seating in both the dining area and bar area through the side windows. Plenty of room was there for a party of one!Way to management! My 1st visit is highly likely to be my last.Highly disappointed.Good luck winning me back."
