"I must finally check the new Papi’, located at White Plains Station! The location itself can be a bit difficult to miss, but if you are looking for the 15 Bank Apartment complex, if you leave from right from the main station entrance, you will be sure to find Papi! It is what they say they are, fast casual Italian cuisine, but the kicker is that it tastes like REAL Italian cuisine. The biggest thing is that the greens in the house (and you can also watch them) together with the restaurant itself become environmentally friendly! There is no toxic plastic; wooden utensils, paper trays and cork trays for pinsa where it is. The owner and the chef are both Italian born, making this whole place much more amazing. That's what I meant here with real Italian dishes. As far as vegan options are concerned, they are expanding, but are open to all proposals. Only the message All on the menu is marked. Your Prosecco is vegan-friendly and they now have soy milk for coffee. They have zoodles for pasta (but plan that it is more fatuccine shaped soon) and cauliflower crust for the pinsa that are vegan as well as gluten-free. They also want to come gluten-free customers and try their products. You can add most toppings for the pasta as long as there is no meat and/or cheese and for the pinsa there is only the vegetarian (here shown), which has mushrooms, paprika, zucchini and eggplants with red sauce. If you do not know what Pinsa is, it is a special kind of preparation of pizza, where the cake is a “delightful, crispy texture on the outside and an incredibly soft, tasty inside”. I tell you this pinsa was WOW! "
