"We are here last night and it was nice eating, friendly staff. we both had curry one was disappointed and the other was lammed and I can not recommend both of these dishes enough. the kokosreis was absolutely delicious and the cracker for the table when we arrived were fantastic. the beer was very beautiful and the music was beautiful and not too loud. the atmosphere was really nice and the restaurant was not very busy when we were there and so there was not much noise, which meant that our meals could be enjoyed."

"Ordered 2 mains, 3 sides and 1 drink. The mains were below average. The boiled rice was very dried out and seemed a couple of days old. The drink was not delivered. When I phoned them to politely request a refund they kept on hanging up the phone and playing ignorance. Finally got the refund after wasting 20 minutes on the phone. I will not wasting my time or money ordering from them again!"

"I was introduced to JACKIE CHAN almost three years ago and have frequently used them and always found them to be friendly and good value of money. Chinese takeaway. This Sunday was the first time I've ordered this year.... What has gone wrong? I order at half six on Friday evening and was told it would be an hour....three hours later. Serval phone calls and the owner screaming at me down the phone, the order arrived. The only decent thing about JACKI CHAN was the delivery driving. The food was cold and uneatable, I'd go as far to say the food was disgusting. The crown has slipped from a once great establishment with the most appalling customer service littered with lies, aggression and contempt and food that is only suited for the bottom of a bin. It was simply an absolute waste of hard earned money and we will NOT be eating there again. Don't waste your money at this awful takeaway they don't deserve your custome."

"Normally this place is great, tonight the food was terrible, the Lomein was dry and tasted old, the chicken fingers were mushy on the inside and seemed undercooked. I ordered fried wontons and received wonton chips. I called to try and clear up the issue and they kept telling me, I ordered the wrong item. I’ve ordered this item multiple times before and never had an issue. So I went back to the menu to see if I ordered the wrong thing and there was only one option for fried wontons. Very poor service tonight."
