"Ordered sweet and sour chicken hong kong style and sweet and sour pork the chicken was fine but the pork was inedible and over cooked both the pork and batter. I phoned and complained and was just told that they have never had a complained about their pork for20 years and there was nothing they could do terrible customer service if we were in a restaurant we would have had a replacement or refund never go there again Service: Take out"

"Went here on my way home and had a prawn basket from their menu.. Which I have had before and in the past and they have been amazing!! Unfortunately this time was unbelievably awful, I had starting eating and you could smell that the prawns were not fresh, however, being a regular customer here I trusted that it could just be a couple of them In the basket, I mean you only get five anyway.. Sigh, why did I continue? My mum and I had a trip to London the next day and I was so Ill I couldn’t even get out of my bed because I was throwing up all evening from this food, usually love Gongfu but I won’t be returning after this. Shame."

"Staying in a local hotel, here when it can be reached to foot, was not particularly expected a lot, but was very pleasantly surprised. the food was absolutely delicious. with the pick-up phone has not stopped all night, quite clearly popular among the locals. I would definitely make it good again."

"Ordered 2 mains, 3 sides and 1 drink. The mains were below average. The boiled rice was very dried out and seemed a couple of days old. The drink was not delivered. When I phoned them to politely request a refund they kept on hanging up the phone and playing ignorance. Finally got the refund after wasting 20 minutes on the phone. I will not wasting my time or money ordering from them again!"

"Delicious. Very tasty food. We already tried Yak Yeti Yak when we were in Bath seven years ago and it was just as good as before. It was well worth the 30 minute walk from our hotel."
