"Until a few years ago Chatswood was a veritable wasteland for good Thai food, now with the latest arrival there are at least three establishments serving very good Thai food. We have been here 3 times since recent opening and are pleased that they have not backed away from real Thai flavours and spicing rather than the blander versions aimed at non Thai people. Yes the service is new and needs to improve, which is true of many south east asian restaurants, and patience is needed to ensure that what is delivered is what was ordered, and when mistakes (or should I say misunderstandings) have been made they are rectified swiftly and with smiles. Nothing we have ordered has disappointed us apart from one issue I have with the place, it is owned by a German Brewery and there is germanic influence in some of the dishes, yet it does not serve German Beer, which I find mildly annoying.Upstairs if you can get a Balcony table is always preferred. Very relaxed atmosphere, and I am sure the staff will always improve their service."

"I have been visited Towan and Soban many times from long time ago, but not pleasant experience from every visit, I don't want to go there again. Food is ok but the lady owner is not acceptable anymore. She shows customers with baby very unpleasant...face. She asked my aunty once not to bring her baby to her restaurant. Since then, my aunty never goes back to this restaurant, but I still had a few more chances to go with other friends or other family members. She never say hello or thank you. How can you not say thank you over the counter when customer pays??? She snatched cash or credit card without saying anything every time. My husband loves chinese-korean food but we don't go there even though this restaurant is the easiest option for us just because of her. She needs to think about her attitude but I think it will be hard to get changed. The business still goes well regardless her rudeness. So shameful."

"I have been to Vietnam and have come to love Pho. While the Pho is a little different from Vietnam it is very tasty and the beef is much better - must be the Aussie beef!!The staff are extremely friendly and are ready to advise anyone looking for guidance on combinations, spices etc.To be honest I have not tried the other food except the spring rolls which are delicious but are served as a meal rather than as a side order (which is a bit of a shame).Located in the Mandarin Centre at the top of the escalators. It is part of the food court seating but overall this centre has a great atmosphere anyway for families or singles alike."

"I came to order and I needed time to look at the menu and she gave me the look and went away to literally play 5 seconds with her phone after literally, I said "excuse me" and she yelled? on rude wise and. do not come into the counter and just stare at me very strictly. When I ordered, I asked if I could add some fried egg and she gave me that the sound (as she shows, she upset) and I asked if it comes with rice, she said "all here comes with rice"! I did not get their names, but I ordered november 16, 2019 at 4:18 clock (I write this eeview before location after the rudeness passed btw)"
