"Never order from this takeaway! Food arrived freezing cold to the touch and when called to ask for a resolution to this was told that we were emotionally guilt tripping the staff when we said that we would not walk back to the shop to return their food for a refund? incredibly rude, sarcastic, and claimed the food left piping hot when the driver had a two minute drive to get to our house. Not only disgusting food but disgusting customer service!"

"I had sea bass biraan. it was a complete meal. the slightly seasoned sea bass was served on a bed of vegetables with red fried rice. I thought it was delicious and it was just the right size. I recommend it."

"Ordered a home delivery. Delivery arrived right on time when told it would be 1 hour. Unfortunately food was only slightly warm and not hot. Food cooled very very quickly on arrival. Quality of rice was poor as there were large clumping of rice. Phoned take-away to notify them of being somewhat unhappy with our order. Lady on the phone spoke over me the whole time and just made excuses as to why food can be served almost cold and why rice is fine to be clumped together. Very very disappointing both with the order and the reaction of the staff member. As someone who works in the food industry I am aware of how important it is to listen to a diss tastier customer as getting defensive and being unapologetic making excuses for poor quality of food will drive custom away. If a resolution of some sort or even to be listened to about how we were unhappy with our order would have gone a long way and prevented us from ruling this Chinese out from ever ordering again. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend Service: Delivery Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
