"The food here is amazing. Fresh, tasty, hot , plenty such a big selection on offer. We had for starters spicy ribs and mini spring roll. The sirloin steak sizzler for main was truly amazing and the taste was incredible, has to be the nicest Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. On our second visit we changed the mains to chicken in hoy sun sauce with chips and a chicken fried rice and curry sauce. Prawn crackers are hot and large, great for scooping up your curry sauce. You need to book if you want a table it was packed and the queue outside for the takeaway was all down the side into the car park. It’s very reasonable priced also. A two course meal for was around with drinks."

"We ordered a delivery through Just Eat and only then did I look at the reviews. Omg I thought. Anyhow it was delivered bang on time so we then tucked in. Both our main prawn fishes were fine nothing but ordinary but fine. The fried rice was fine too. The only disappointment was the seaweed side which was so incredibly salty. Now my partner is a salt maniac but he threw it away..A pity as we love seaweed. But all in all it was not bad food. So posting this review which I might not have done normally but doing so to say to people that whilst not very good food it's okay. Well it was for us"

"We chose Happy House after trawling google looking for dinner options whilst staying in the area. Other options didn’t have particularly good reviews so opted for this as it had enough reviews to take a chance and try it out. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best, the food was quite greasy and lacked flavour. Salt and pepper chicken was coated pieces of chicken and some sliced chillies and garlic chucked on it with no flavour or spice to it. The final disappointment was when I discovered half way through my chow mien a piece of chicken bone! Gross.. Thankfully I noticed when I bit down and didn’t choke. Safe to say I stopped eating from that point. If I did live in the area I would not reorder from Happy House again."
