" Last time I went here they have the "Sulit Meal" options. It's the best men! You have a choice of fish fillet, chicken fingers and pork strips that comes with the super pinaka duper sarap fried rice that I ever tasted! Woah! It's amaaaaaaayzing! Great taste for a budget price. Not bad. Seriously. "

"We ordered their chicken nomiyaki bento meal and their wagyu cheeseburger since we're kind of a big eater. For the Chicken nomiyaki bento meal, the breaded chicken meat under the okonomiyaki pancake was bland. The okonomiyaki pancake was a little overcooked, kinda sloppy or was that just right? For the wagyu burger naman, bland din yung meat and dry. The meat was not juicy and not that tasty."

"Food 5/5
Portion 5/5
Service 4/5
Cleanliness 4/5
Parking 3.5/5
Ambience 2/5
Value for money 3.5/5
Overall dining experience 4/5

Since my parents were born in the 60's they have known Emerald Garden since the beginning of time. Its a chinese restaurant known for its amazing dishes, especially the crabs. Food and portion-wise, ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT like nothing can compare. The downside is the ambience, where you get to eat in a typical chinese restaurant - noisy and crowded. But who cares about the ambience when all you want is authentic and good Chinese food? Over the years I will always and always come back. TWO THUMBS UP!"

"This diner was our favorite place when I was in UP Manila. We used to hang out there after class and before we go to have some drinks. Good food and homey, not to mention it's sulit."

"We were looking for a 24hr chinese resto and our feet brought us here. Food was ok but the service was very slow. We had pork and century egg lugao with generous pork and century egg (120). I find their hakaw (95) too dry and sticks to the plate (their dimsums are not served on steamers). There was one i liked - the lu soy tofu (130). Chicken feet was ok (80)."

"For those people who are in a rush this place is not for you. If you want it fast go to Mcdonalds or Jollibee. Its takes time to cook a fine cuisine which Lido does. I eat here several times and each time the food was cooked well. Its not your typical chowking which is obviously full of extenders. Their asado is maybe not the best but it was consistently taste better especially the sizzling. The next time I visit I'm looking forward to try the Hong Ma."

"I was dining with my child and her yaya. I deliberately scooped out small amounts because we wouldn't finish it. I got 3 large shrimps. Some clams. Some oysters. And just two cups of rice. I was expecting an 800-1000 peso bill. They charged me 600+ for the 3 pieces of shrimp!!! 500 for the clams!!! I have no complaints with the oysters. Just make sure you get a receipt of the rates before you have it cooked. I just paid because I didnt look at how they weighed it. So disappointing. I think they charged us like that because we were only 2 adults and a child and lugi sila. Nonetheless, I felt like money was swindled from me from eating here. I spend for food but I could have a...read more"
