"We went to La Poème with a recommendation that it’s one of the finest casual dining restaurants in the French Provence region with a Michelin appreciation . True to that our lunch menu of duck tartare( amuse bouche and water cress soup, smoked salmon foie gras and main course of Fish on a bed of spinach and wild rice.. dessert options were passion fruit soufflé with raspberry sorbet as well as pear and chocolate bake with ice cream .. With such brilliantly presented dishes which were true in taste and delicious to say it mildly …our vote is for this gem of a restaurant to bd given even more recognition soon"
