"Being a huge fan of Chinese food I am very picky about a lot of things when it comes to the offerings. I have lived near Fu Lin for a long time but never ventured to try it because I always stuck with what I knew to be good. Out of a last minute desire and my normal establishment not being near, I opted for Fu Lin. First of all, the owners are the nicest people you could ever meet. Very friendly and eager to make sure they do right for you and your order. I have now been here a few times and it 's almost like we are friends...lol. The food is good and made the way you want, if you have special requests. We personally prefer the dumplings deep fried since we like them to not have that steamed elasticity. The wonton is very good, as is the special fried rice and garlic chicken. A lot of Chinese places give you fatty chicken and it 's disgusting, not this place. I think for the price, the meals are reasonable. I am a huge proponent of supporting local business verses the usual Bear Express type restaurants. This place is now one I will keep in regular rotation. Thanks Fu Lin!"
