"Beware of a service fee if you plan to eat here! We ordered the dinner for two special for $49.95 which comes with Sizzling rice soup, very delicious handmade pot stickers, Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, and Chicken fried rice (substitute for steam rice). Did not see any signs about a surcharge of a service fee, instead it was written on the tab when paying. A Service fee for two people is $13.99. I would love to be informed beforehand but didnt receive it. Ordered a coke, was charged $3.95! The grand total is $78 dollars. The food and service was very generous but not sure if it is worth the price tag, I would definitely come back but maybe not so often."

"Had not been visited in panda for two years and never visited in this place at lunchtime and it was quite busy. the only word to describe my two article board is dry. dry rice, dry noodles, even orange bun was a bit dry. Perhaps they expect you to drown it in one of the sauces."

"I had the Tom Ka with Chicken and asked for it spicy with a side of rice. It was delicious. It was nice to sit down and relax in the restaurant. Nice music playing. They do serve you on disposable dinnerware, but that didn?t bother me much. This place give me a cafe like vibe. It was recommended to me by a friend and I?m glad he did!"

"I give this place a three star because of cleanliness and prompt service. Food is tasty but saturated with fillers. They had a good flow of ”to-go” orders, and maybe we ordered the wrong food. The General Chicken had an overpowering thick sauce, and the Egg flower soup was watery and not your typical Chinese soup. The restaurant has so much potential, but it needs to step up its game and offer more somewhat of the real Chinese food taste like. Btw, the Boba drinks were dissappiting, not flavorful and has an after taste."

"A...strange experience. I went in for lunch because I had heard good things. I usually go to Al Pho off main street but they 're closed on wednesdays. I had heard good things about this place from friends and their reviews were good so I decided to check them out. When I got there, there was only one other table that had people eating and they were very upset. One woman was explaining to the waitress that this wasnt the food she ordered and that she wanted the correct item. The waitress had difficulty understanding what was wrong (I later learned she was new and didnt know the menu. And the problem was that the woman had ordered the lunch special and for her choice of ANY (this is important later pho she ordered the Filet mignon pho and was given the special pho . The reason this is important is because the special pho has a lot of cartilage and the meatballs arent like regular meatballs. The table had also ordered the egg rolls, and were given spring rolls instead. The waitress went into the back to check and when she came back out she asked her what the woman actually wanted and frustrated the woman told her that she didnt want the special pho, she ordered the filet mignon pho. So the waitress said ok, so you want pho with just noodles? And the woman got very upset and said no, I want the filet mignon. And the waitress replied so you want just meat, no noodles? And the woman gave up trying to explain and she said that was fine. It was then my turn to order. I ordered the lunch special with the egg roll and filet mignon pho. My order came out exactly as ordered to which the other table laughed at and congratulated me. The egg rolls were pretty good and the pho was decent. The noodles were very thin and a little overcooked and mushy, they were generous with the meat though. The lunch special was $12.99 plus tax and it very specifically said your choice of any pho and so thinking I could order any pho I ordered the filet mignon which admittedly is $1 more on the regular menu. But on the special it was a fixed price and it didnt say there would be additional charges. When I went to pay they told me the price was $15.80 and that sounded high so i asked about it. I was told that the filet mignon pho was a dollar more (which really isnt a big deal, it 's a dollar. but the point is nobody mentioned this until the end, so it was the old bait and switch tactic. The owner took off the extra charge and they were nice about it but tried to make it seem like it was my fault for not noticing the extra price even after I told them it wasnt listed on the lunch special page. He then told me that the filet mignon pho wasnt regular pho and that it costs more. I showed him that in was in the same section as all the other phos, and asked why it doesnt count as regular. He pointed out that on that menu it was a dollar extra and I replied with the fact that it wasnt listed on the lunch special menu as being more, and the lunch special says Any regular pho and they should have it listed that the filet would cost more even for the lunch special. He smiled and asked if I wanted anything else and I said no. Their bathrooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The food made me feel...not super great. I don 't feel sick but I feel like the quality of their ingredients is lower because of how i feel. I wouldnt come back here, but that doesnt mean you shouldnt try it out."

"I ordered Garlic Pepper Beef. It is not very Thai, but still. Half of the beef was burnt, some didn't even taste like beef. Very few pieces were good. It tasted sweet, and there was absolutely NO garlic, and NO pepper. It is literally in the name, but they don't even have it in this dish. The food tasted nothing like Thai food. I'm pretty sure the gravy was oyster sauce. I would never go to this restaurant again. The Tom Yum Gai used Oyster sauce which over powered the whole dish the dish calls for fish sauce which is light. Inedible."
