"Terrible experience. Food was ok. The service was atrocious, although the restaurant was nearly empty. We were asked for our appetizers order, which then took a long time to arrive. Had I not gotten up to find a staff person, I think they would have forgotten we were there. I was ready to just leave some money on the table and leave. Dinner is always available somewhere else After the entree, we were able to pack our take-home portions, and a server cleared the table. But it was another minute wait for the check. Again, I had to flag someone down to get it. Conclusion: if the dining room is open, its necessary to attend to your dine-in customers not just the take-out orders."

"Terrible. I ordered general tso’s chicken and it came as what I can only explain as a BBQ sauce. and the fried rice was dry and without sweet or other ingredients. I want to reclaim my money."

"Pf chang’s diner. beautiful fresh American Asian cuisine. price is a bit high for the portions, but overall can be a meal with a drink for under $12/person overall, the proteins at the Entree dressing are a bit light, even if Asian dishes go. the biggest disappointment is the americanized version of fried rice, which has virtually no taste, which I tried to taste it with soy sauce and chili paste to avoid any incident. what is that? wei has done with her fried rice is impressive maybe they could call it British fried rice the atmosphere is a bit too cozy and intimate for my taste with tables less than 6 apart, its not very good for conversations...read more"

"Very friendly staff, nice selection of drinks, and the food is always done so quickly. Goof value for the money. I like the sweet and sour and the sesame chicken the best, but their lo main is also very good. My favorite was the lemon chicken, but sadly can't have lemon so I can't have it any more."

"Gone way down hill. I used to love Pei Wei. I was excited to go again since we were near one. Several of the items I loved , Vietnamese chicken salad rolls, were gone. The two items we got were so incredibly sweet they were hard to eat. I felt I would go into diabetic shock if I finished the meal. Will not be returning."
