"I agree with Peter J, best Australian Chinese in Tamworth. A family operated business with good service and tasty, quick meals. The Mongolian sauce is the best I've had anywhere - including China. They make it from scratch. At lunchtime, the specials include either fried or boiled rice, which is also fresh. Pretty good fried rice which actually has colour and the expected ingredients. So why only 4/5? Well, it really could do with a spruce up, particularly the toilets. It is a bit grubby out the back. Typical country chinese restaurant in that regard.So if you get the chance, I would definitely recommend the food, especially for take away, and particularly for lunchtime specials (range $9 - $12.50 from memory). I hear the restaurant is on the market, so try that Mongolian meal before the cook takes the recipe to Sydney!"
