"I thought this place was some stand alone restaurant, but apparently they have multiple locations across the united states. I hate reviewing chain restaurants, but this place is a solid 4 stars from me. This review is for take out. i placed an order online and and it took roughly 20-30 mins for my food to be ready. when i was driving there, i got a phone call from what i assumed to be the restaurant. i didn't pick up since i get so many spam calls a day, i assumed it was another one. when i got there, they informed me that they were out of the jambalaya i ordered, but could replace it with gumbo instead. so we ended up getting the gumbo, boudin balls, beignets and the catfish Étouffée. When i walked out of the restaurant, and was about to get to my car i noticed someone running out to me with a bag, and apparently, they forgot to pack my beignets. nice of them to run out of the place to give it to me. As for the food, i really enjoyed the beignets, boudin balls, and the gumbo. The catfish was a bit dry for me, but the Étouffée sauce definitely helped. If i'm craving cajun food again, i'll check this place out in the future."
