"The food is absolutely amazing, 100% coming back. Only thing I could critique, coming from a restaurant manager myself, closing down the restaurant 30-45 mins before closing is probably not the best idea. Sweeping tables and sliding the chairs in (which is very loud) while people are still trying to eat and enjoy their food. The servers were distracted by trying to close the restaurant down they weren’t as attentive to their tables as they should have been. But besides that this place is so yummy and the music that plays is awesome!"

"We love everything about J2 Steakhouse from the ambiance, food, drinks and service. We started with the shrimp cocktail. They were massive and delicious. For our main entree we split the chicken fried steak. I think it was up there with the best I’ve ever had! Our server Boyd was outstanding as was his assistant and the drink consultant Cody was very personable and knowledgeable. We look forward to our next visit and their upcoming wine tasting."

"Such good food! I did not like catfish because of past experiences with bad catfish but the catfish here was so good! We had the whitefish and desserts and it was so delicious! Good food. Good atmosphere. Good service. Friendly staff! Loved it! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the key lime pie needs a new recipe. It was not good at all. The banana pudding and beignets were delicious!"
