"I went there today (4 July) before I put into an order for a bush of crabs and was told to come back 11:45 because they did not begin to cook until 11 a.m. when they opened. I came at 11:45 and was told to wait 10 minutes because they were not ready. I go back after 15 minutes, paid my $295 and got the box. The box was warm and I called back immediately, was told that they were sitting and was probably ready when I arrived at 11:45. I come back home, which is in DC, just to have a bush of chilled crabs. So disappointing! Old crabs and not given an option as if I buy them or not. Never again! All I can say is now not the time for bad business. Word of mouth is everything."
