"Service started out great the staff were accommodating of my dietary restrictions and even gave me what turned out to be a complementary item. The food was also excellent, with the highlight being the asparagus dish with the white sauce. Service was very attentive...throughout the main part of the meal, but towards the end when a big group arrived, the staff seemed stressed, focused on them and to have forgotten about me. There were two hiccups at the end of the meal: (1) dessert took 30 minutes to serve, and the staff only told me of the delay and apologized for it when I asked after 20 minutes where my dessert was, and (2) when I was given the card machine with no tip on the amount, I asked to add a tip, and then the very pleasant waiter automatically added a 15% tip without asking me how much I wanted to tip. I paid it because of the complementary item and the overall good service, but adding that amount, which is not customary (5 10% is customary in Vienna, with 15% for excellent service) was presumptuous."
