"They want to wait 30 minutes before they can even order. they go here. the menu board where you can order is broken. the view on the outside of the entire square should be checked by franchise. You can't order until you get to the window. you can't go in. the nice lady has warned several times in the window to ask for our order, and yet we haven't got everything we ordered. several people seemed to be at work, not shorthanded, but no one thought to go outside the back door to the line of cars to the building and command to take order to speed up the order. Maybe they were never in a chicfila. eating was very fair. very disappointed."

"Don’t bother going. Overly priced for subpar food and drinks. They want $92 for Jerk Chicken! We paid $100 too much for catfish and ribs. They give the appearance of a high end restaurant but they don’t measure up. Asparagus were cold. The ribs were dry! They cooked them early and leave them under a heating lamp and add BBQ sauce when they receive an order. They must have been out all day. Ugh! I don’t like cheese on my catfish and why add wet toppings on fried fish? That makes the fish soggy! Took over 25 minutes to receive our food there were only 4 other tables with customers. Won’t be back."

"The smoked wings here are OBSCENELY good. They are smoked for hours and then flash fried right before serving. They tasted SO tender and so tasty. Really great food. The other items we had were amazing too. Totally wonderful place and highly recommended. They also have live music sometimes, but I can do without it."

"Excellent BBQ and sides! We ordered the 4 meat plate with sides. All the meat seasoned and cooked to a delectable deliciousness. The pulled chicken was not dried out which often happens when it is grilled. He did a masterful job on the chicken in my opinion. What a pleasure to our taste buds. Hash was very tasty, too. Cornbread cooked like a pancake on the griddle. Yum! I fell in love with the blueberry BBQ sauce. I just sent him back to buy a bottle of it.My husband says he sells a peach sauce as well. All I can say is do your taste buds a favor order here. I hope you'll enjoy your experience as much as we did."
