"There is a reason this location has low ratings. I waited 24 minutes in the drive through for my order. They made me drive around the front with 2 other cars. I waited and waited, and finally I went back through the drive through to say I want a refund, I no longer need my food after waiting 24 minutes. They would not give me a refund, just offered me a cake or drink, which I declined. The supervisor told me they were under staffed. I could see 6 employees walking around. He said 2 are training, two are leaving and nothing he can do about it. I waited another 5-7 minutes for them to give me me small order (just a hamburger and a chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings). The fries were burnt and only had about 10 in the package, the onion rings were small and had about 6 in the package, the hamburger was cold and the chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold. Pretty sure they gave me old ones that had been sitting there for an hour or more. VERY disappointed. I will call the manager (supervisor said manager payton was out of town). I love KFC, but I will NEVER go to the Draper location ever again. BE AWARE of poor service and POOR quality of food!!!!!!! stay away!!!!!!!! SO the total time, took me over 30 minutes to get my order! UNBELIEVABLE!"

"I really like their family size fish dinners especially the shrimp. I was surprised that they had breaded/fried salmon as I hadn't heard of that before but it was not as good as the fish shrimp. I like their fries too, but the fry sauce is different takes getting used to as it has a smoky flavor to it. Not the best clam chowder either, which is a shame."

"Location is gross and poor food. Looking run down and in need of a face lift. Ordered two shakes, both were runny about like buttermilk, did not need a spoon for the shake only needed a straw, purchased two medium shakes, about 1/2 was whipped cream, $3-5 for one scoop of ice cream!! Simply disappointed in the quality of the food."

"Made a reservation through Open Table only to be told that they don't do reservations by the server. Then the servers were rude and had bad attitudes. I had a party of A few more members in our party we're on their way, and the male server told us they needed the tables if they weren't coming because they were going to bee busy on Father's day. Suffice it to say, our party all came and the restaurant didn't get busy. I asked the female server for a straw and she threw down four with a wicked smile. When the food finally came out, it was bland and the portions were small. Barely any chicken in the tacos, and the fajitas and beans were dry. When it came time for the check, the servers attitudes suddenly became pleasant. Too late."
