"The sauce on the vindaloo had a weird texture and was bland. almost reminded me of jarred pasta sauce. also had very little spiciness for being a vindaloo, and the chicken was dry. I normally prefer lamb in this dish but when I got lamb last time it was poor quality lamb with lots of gristle. so I tried the chicken and was also disappointed. the hajar halwa carrot dessert was delicious though. the ras malai was adequate, but the sauce was thinner and more runny than Ive had before. not really impressed and would recommend going to "Indian cuisine" in Gainesville for good Indian food instead. unfortunately they arent on doordash"

"Went here 2+ times a week. Work close by. Had a bad experience with food and long wait time. So been a few months and wanted to try again and a moldy $10 burger meal is what I get. So, needless to say, think I’m done… forever."

"Our go to place for fried chicken. They always make it so good every time specifically this particular location. I took out a star bc their employees are never on the same page. They tell me different rules everytime i come. Cuz I only order all chicken legs and they don’t have the hot sauce anymore so i have to go buy it myself. I also agree with the other reviewer that they should remove the things on the menu if they don’t offer anymore, e.g. honey biscuits."

"Tasty and good portions of diner or greasy spoon classics. Was surprised the home fries were from scratch when many places just serve reheated frozen ones. Excellent local place to eat with good prices, good food, and good service. Two thumbs up!"

"Inconsistent. I ate at David's twice while working in G-ville. The first time I had the pulled pork platter and it was very good; a week later I had the pulled pork and chicken combo and both were dry. With some better quality control, this could be real good BBQ joint."
