"I never had issues before but these drivers don’t pay attention I live like 1 mile away and I get cold food and pizzas that look like they were stored on there side. Then the owner called me personally apologizing and credit me my food order after remaking it and sending it with no issues. It’s good to see an owner take pride in his business and make right by his customers."

"At Alibabas you get real fresh food. Great stuff cooked fresh at real time. The owner I'll always make sure you get good fresh natural food. I only eat healthy natural food. And it's almost impossible to get anything other than fast food and junk food in Staten Island specially the North Shore. I can't believe how Allie makes great grilled fish dishes and sandwiches at such a reasonable price. And it's all made by hand. The second you order it. This something about the falafel that I find different than all the other falafel places. It must be the herbs that he uses in making the actual recipe. They really stand out it's one of the best falafels I've ever had and I am falafel connoisseur. It's even better than mamuns... I highly recommend this place to anybody who is interested in getting high quality healthy food."

"Highly upset today i waited 2.5 hours for my food order i called 45 min into waiting to be told it just left its coming now i called an hour in an half in got told they are busy wait then food came ice cold and best of all raw! The chickens were raw called up got asked did we eat it did i eat it? Its raw then got told the driver will come out get the food bring it back to store to determine a refund or not um really? My company has supported this buisness thru out the whole pandemic 1500 orders and you think im trying to get over on you for a 45 dollar meal? Poor service poor management. We will never eat at this place again and all catering orders will be taken to another place. If i was you take your money else where!"
