"This place was highly recommended to me so I gave it a try lastnight (12/4/21) I called in my order over the phone. The guy immediately asked me to hold and returned with no greeting, spoke so fast and rushed me off the phone. When I asked how long he rudely yelled 30 mins and hung up.I entered the restaurant and he greeted me with YES I said I here to pick up he says What did you get I tells him. I then asked for his name and he just stared at me. The name on the receipt says Pasquale C.However, the pizza was good (a lil salty) but I won't be returning. Customer service is very important and I will not spend my money where it isn't wanted or appreciated. Sucks to have this as a first time experience."

"Soul is a great foundation in an out-of-the-way shopping center from the busy forest drive. South-oriented small and small teller for lunch and dinner, as well as interesting choices for Sunday brunch. large roasted chicken (creat, moist and non-fat,) interesting pastas and innovative brunch selections such as johnnycakes (ceiling pancakes), omeletts with andouille and grits. light and airy atmosphere and a beautiful terrace."

"Ordered a classic Italian with light mayo and oil and vinegar. The mayo was so thick it fell out on the paper, tomatoes were not ripe, the lettuce was big chunks of the white center and the onions were huge chunks. Just a terrible sandwich, no care about the product or customer."

"My daughter and I went in to eat today. The wait for service was long, the wait for our food was long, and the line of customers was long. With that being said, Autumn was busting her butt to take care of everyone and everyone. She made sure to keep reminding me that she would be with me as soon as possible and because of that I didn't mind the wait. She was super busy but still friendly and seemed to be getting everything done and then some. She went out of her way to fill our ice cup and checked on the status of our food while still serving other customers. I hope that the other customers noticed how hard she was working today!"
